Our mouthwatering and juicy BBQ Country Style pork shoulder ribs are better than baby back ribs! We carefully slow-roast them for over 18 hours so they are fall off the bone tender. Our customers love them!

Our Story

The Hilltop Retreat is a third-generation family owned and operated establishment built in 1972 by Justin’s Grandmother Patricia Olson and purchased in January 2018 by Justin and his wife Kasey. The Hilltop Retreat has continued to be a favorite restaurant for locals, vacationers and visitors alike. If you are looking for a casual, yet classic dining experience, the Hilltop Retreat is worth the drive! Justin and Kasey plan on keeping the tradition alive offering a great menu, full bar and catering all while keeping the nostalgic feel of the Hilltop Retreat.
